May we remind you, that if you or one of your guests cause damage during an attempt to fix something, or if we are called to take care of an item that you are responsible for as listed below/in the lease, you will be responsible for those costs. We also expect that you will be home to meet the maintenance crew at the appointment window that has been scheduled with you unless other arrangements have been made.
Please contact us immediately if you find any amount of water, no matter how small, that isn’t where it should be; we want to take care of small leaks before they turn into big ones. Contact us if any appliance or system in your home is not working satisfactorily and we will ensure that it is repaired promptly.
