As do the neighboring homeowners of our rental properties, we also want to see home values rise and communities stabilize where we invest. Our property managers seek responsible residents who take care of their homes and contribute to a positive community atmosphere. We encourage neighbors to contact us directly if they notice activity that falls contrary to community standards. We make certain that issues are heard and responded to promptly.
Unlike other “Rent it and forget it” landlords, our rental check-up program ensures that we heed any problems before they manifest, including personal visits to every home a minimum of 2 times per year. We require residents to keep the home and yard clean and free of junk and refuse, and be compliant with local noise regulations and any other city and/or HOA ordinances. We require residents to maintain their stated number of occupants and vehicles. We take action if residents do not meet these requirements.
In our commitment to be great neighbors, we have developed long-term relationships with city rental inspection programs and HOAs. We achieve personal satisfaction when we invest in communities, renovate our homes, and create attractive single family rental homes for those who need an alternative to buying. In the process, more jobs are created and local housing markets recover.

- Separating out the metal content of our trash so it can be donated or sold to metal recyclers.
- Separating out all recyclable items such as cardboard, paper and all other similar content for donation.
- Separating out electrical products for electronics recycling.
- Still functional items we’ve replaced are donated to The Habitat for Humanity.
