With this aim in mind, we channel major funds into the internal and external upkeep of our rental homes. In this way, we ensure that your home is in great condition and a place you can be proud to call home. Our homes boast many luxury features including newer appliances, hardwood floors, ceramic tile floors, ceiling fans, Moen plumbing fixtures, whisper-quiet bath fans, microhoods, fenced yards, etc.
2. We provide prioritized service.
We make sure that your stay with us is characterized by complete comfort, security and utility. Should you need emergency services, our crew arrives promptly to deal with the issue, complete with all the equipment they need to get to the root of and repair the problem. In case you have non-emergency issues, we combine needed work into the next regularly scheduled visit. In this way, we ensure efficiency in our services with careful regard for your privacy.

Is my credit report a vital factor?
When processing your application, we will be taking your credit history into consideration. We also check your income and record of rental history or home ownership. Our Tenant Qualification, Criteria, and Requirements document contains more detailed information.
How do I apply?
Click the APPLY NOW button found throughout this website, completely fill out the application and submit all supporting documentation, and pay the nominal fee for your application directly to the third-party screening company that hosts our application. They provide the credit scores, credit history, eviction history, etc. Necessary verifications of your income, employment if applicable, and past leasing information will be conducted.
ALL of the prospective residents that are 18 years old and older need to submit paid for applications. The timeframe to hear back from employers and past landlords for verification is something we cannot control.

Can I expect well-maintained properties?
We assure you that all of our properties are in top-notch condition. We have a team of maintenance experts working with us including licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC professionals. We ensure that all properties are maintained and upgraded as and when required. You will find that many homes have new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new flooring, and the latest appliances. When necessary, we undertake more detailed renovations such as upgrading HVAC equipment, updating plumbing, and adding new windows and doors.
How long is the delay before I can move into my new home?
If the home is not currently being enjoyed by another resident, you are welcome to move into your new home no earlier than your lease start date and once all the formalities have been completed, which include the approval of your rental application, clearance of your rental deposit and first months’ rent, all tenant and landlord signatures on the lease agreement, and verification that utilities are in your name and renter's insurance meeting our criteria is in place.
Are your homes also for sale?
No, our homes are not for sale. Our intention is to rent these homes indefinitely. We are not “accidental landlords” that you sometimes run into when renting a single-family house.
Do you offer a rewards or loyalty program?
We do on occasion offer gift card promotions, however, we chose instead to keep our rents low and reinvest in our rental properties.
